OK workout today. Not great not bad. But enough to work the back and bis and get a bit of a pump going.

Seated rows
warm up sets then...
80 x 10
70 x 10 x 2

Assisted pull ups
50 x 10
60 x 10 x 2

DB pullovers
30 x 10 x 3

Preacher curl
25 lb plate x 10, 9, 8 guess I was done.

30 mins moderate cardio on the elliptical. Good thing I had some motivating music on my ipod or I would have never gotten through'
