Nothing too heavy today. 2 rounds of the circuit with 10-15 reps. With a 15 min walk on the recumbrent for warmup

db chest press
25 x 12 x 2

wide grip pull down
60 x 15 x 2

db lateral raise
8 x 12 x 2

db bicep curls
15 x 12 x 2

db overhead tri ext
25 x 12 x 2

bicycles & leg liftscrunches on the decline bench
bw x 10 x 2
