Moderate leg workout....Felt like it was a good workout but not too much.

Leg ext:
warm ups then
90 x 10 x 3

Lying leg curl:
90 x 10 x 3

Leg press
4 plates + 50 x 10 x 3

Seated calf raise
70 x 12 x 3

25 mins HIIT on the elliptical. Much better HIIT then last peak week's Monday session. Much more energy!
