Here we go again with legs. I kept the squats and deads out again today. But I'm sure my back will thank me for it.

I'm looking really good this week and I'm down 1 1/2 lbs. My weight hasn't budged in a few weeks so I'm happy for this!

And my cardio is already done for the day too!

Supersets for legs today:

Leg press ss w/walking lunges
