I had a fairly decent leg workout. I tried one superset of squats and SLDL and quit at that. Smart idea. My back didn't want anything to do with it!

And my cardio is already done for the day too!

Supersets for legs today:

Leg ext ss w/ seated leg curl
leg ext
120 x 12, 14, 11, 10
leg curl
90 x 15, 15, 12 11

Leg press ss w/walking lunges
leg press
6 plates x 10, 10, 10, 10
walking lunges
40 lb preset bar x 12, 10, 10, 10

Squat machine ss w/SLDL

Seated calf raise ss w/standing calf raise

20 mins HIIT on the step mill this morning

30 mins ss cardio on the stairmaster torture device
