In reading back through my notes I was supposed to do shoulders, bis & tris! Dammit!

I love shoulder workouts. I did quad sets for shoulders today. They were fried when I was done!

All standing dumbbell work today.

Lateral raises
12 x 12, 12, 12, 12
Alternating front raises
12 x 12, 12, 12, 12
Bent over lateral raises
15 x 12, 12, 12, 10
DB overhead press
25 x 12, 12, 12, 10

Cardio done this afternoon on the elliptical
45 mins
ave hr 135
323 cals
