Julie, Hey!! OMG you rock!! You inspire me! And probably everyone else! I have done a little fitness competing and just started figure last year. I was hitting a not the greatest mental attitude..I was looking at the figure girls from the Arnold and thinking I wasn't sure that was the look that I wanted. I found you on BB.com and thought..wow I want to look like her. I'm not sure I want to do BB'ing..I'm going to stick with figure right now, but you look muscular and feminine..even when competing. I want that. I do not want to look like a freak! I think you have it down. I look forward to learning so much from you and reading your site. I have a personal trainer, that trains me for free at Gold's, however somedays.. I wonder if the advice I get is worth exactly what I pay for it. Don't get me wrong, I"m sure he means well...but..I like to understand why I am doing things..and he doesn't like to explain. I'm not a star stuck..kid..and I don't mean to sound like one..but you just made me realize..what I want is possible. So I'm a very happy person for it. Thanks for sharing!! All the best..and I'll be in touch on here or BB.com.

Thanks again, keep on inspiring ppl!! Jo

Great to have you here Jo! And thanks for the kind words.

Being a natural bodybuilder means that I can look muscular, feminine and still do well in the sport.

BBing isnt for everyone and figure is a great sport as well.

I look forward to our chats.

Thanks!! A friend of mine who just did a figure contest is going to try BBing...I can't wait to see what she changes, probably not much though, she's already very lean.
