Hi, I'm Mary Ann and I am a member of Karens site. I'm 54, menopausal, and I don't post as often as I should. I am still trying to lose weight. I lift twice a week, completely fallen off the meal plan because I wasn't seeing results. I was doing cardio 4-5 days a week for 30 min. but became discouraged after 2 months of nothing. I lost 1/2 lb of scale weight and 1.6% bodyfat in that time. Maybe if I post daily, I can find what I'm doing wrong.
