Love the site! I was reading your other journal and saw where you had said that you posted your wo's here so that it could be followed if you missed a day or two there. Learning alot and don't want to miss anything so here I am. Do you track your meals anywhere by any chance? Bobbie

Hi Bobbie and welcome! I hope that you find my website informative and helpful.

I haven't posted any of my meals. I was thinking that I should. I have a quite a few people that like to follow my progress through contest prep so it's probably a good idea.

I have all my info recorded in a nutrition software that I use so I'll get to work on a diet journal!
